The Round is in Beaverton near SW Hall Blvd & SW Millikan Way.
The Round has a mix of residential and commercial buildings. It feels like you're in downtown Portland, yet you're in the heart of Beaverton. You've got lots of choices for great food, with restaurants like MiNGO's, Mio Sushi and Siam Lotus directly below the condos. Don't forget the easy gym access with a 24 Hour Fitness. The Beaverton Central Max Station goes right through The Round, which makes commuting to work or going to Portland for entertainment a breeze!
The center of the Bethany neighborhood is at NW Laidlaw Rd and NW Bethany Blvd.
The Bethany area is a mix of detached residential housing, townhomes, condos and commercial. If you want to live in the mix of all the activity, you can with condos directly above the commercial district. There's also the amazing Bethany Athletic Club that offers not only top of the line equipment and fun group classes, but they also have pools and a spa for when you just want to relax and be pampered! Although Bethany is not on the Max line, they are connected via the bus system. You've also got easy walkability not only to the restaurants, but to the QFC grocery, Walgreens and many other retail establishments.
Orenco Station is in Hillsboro, off Cornell Road at NE Orenco Station Parkway.
The Orenco Station neighborhood is a mix of detached residential housing, townhomes, condos and commercial. You've got multiple options for living in condos above the commercial area or in condos that are in the more traditional neighborhood streets. There are townhomes that look like old Brownstones and have dual residential and commercial status, so you can run your own business and live right above it. You've also got access to restaurants like the Orenco Station Grill, Yuki Sushi, La Provenece and many, many more. Easy grocery shopping with New Seasons right there and Winco just a few blocks away. Your commute could be down to a quick walk if you work at Intel, or a hop skip and a jump to Portland with the Orenco Station Max stop. You'll love the Orenco Station Farmer's Market in the spring and summer!
